We haven't refuelled yet. Maybe tomorrow. I don't know what Nevada is like but in Washington I would put my card in the pump before fuelling up.

Tomorrow we're training on room clearing.

2nd that military training Orich.. right up to, and including 105mm's... never minded the AK's much, but those damn rockets... I hate rockets.. never know which way the squirrely things are going.. Ma Duce was my favorite though. Reach out, and touch someone, almost as far as Ma Bell.

Man we hauled a lot 105 & 155 rounds up the Mang Yang mountain pass. Oh yes those B-40's one took out a friend with a load of 105's at ambush alley pump station just below Mang Yang Pass. on Hwy. QL-19 just before Tet of 1970..
I made it home in one piece.

Glad you made it home in one piece. Some of our brothers did not.

Making it home wasn't even half the battle for me. 6 mos. in Balboa Naval Hospital, and rehab, was the start of the fight. While in the Ortho ward, I cruised around in my 'ride' to the burn ward... those guys have my ultimate respect. A burn just keeps on giving. I'll take broken bones any day.

Take care of the wounded warriors, they've earned it.

Hey Tro
Love your build. I've read through the whole thing during classes which probably isn't the best thing. I'm a "youngster" like you being 16. Inherited my grandpas 72 f100. Keep up the good work I look forward to seeing her finished!

I've been browsing. Don't want to make any final decisions until I get my funds up. Been trying to find a steady job but for now I work on my days off.

You need to get yourself over there. It's lots of fun, very well taught, and a big skill builder. I'm buying myself a membership so I can go back. Also you get to walk around for a few days with a gun on your hip which is very illegal where I live!

Oh and just so you guys know, the Mustang does fantastic burnouts... in the rain. I tried my hardest to do it when it was dry but Hertz must've installed a nanny which would only let me preload to 2,000rpm. I wouldn't be surprised if they had installed a nanny that affects performance as a whole as well. It's as if they expected me to try to do drive it hard or something... But one thing I can confirm though is that the Coyote sounds great at 7,000rpm.

Hopefully I won't be working tomorrow which will allow me to go the States to pick up some parts I've ordered. I will update tomorrow if I have any news.
