Rough idle and bad miss

On my way home today all of a sudden truck started running really rough, low power and a bad mis at idle. Got home, ran auto enginuity on it and found no codes. Ran cylinder contribution test and got P0263 cylinder 1 contribution/balance fault and P0269 cylinder 3 fault. I ran it a few times and P0275 cylinder 5 came up once also. Ran buzz test and all injectors sound the same. So im not sure, do i have an IDM going bad or and maybe a valve cover harness problem? Any Ideas?

Sounds more like valve cover harness to me.

Let it idle and watch live data on AE

RPM
ICP - Injection control pressure
IPRDC - Injection pressure regulator duty cycle
FIPW - Fuel injector pulse width

let us know what they show

Did the CEL come on when it started running bad? Strange you don't have a code. Not a lot of things that won't throw a code and cause low power and poor running.

Fuel pressure is one that can do that though. Any knocking sound when this happened?

nope no CEL. it does have a bit of a knock to it now.

I pulled the pass side valve cover everything checked out connection was good, no signs of burning or arcing.

A knock is another symptom of low fuel pressure. If you've got a way to check it, do so. If not, slowly drive out to a stretch of road where you can floor it. See if it falls on it's face when you floor it but does decent when you ease it around.

And be sure to check your oil level to rule that out.

Is it reading .33ms while idling? Or is that volts?
Try unplugging the ICP sensor, to the right of the fuel bowl in the drivers side head.

I tryed pulling the icp, it didnt make a difference.

I do have a fuel pressure gauge it holds 65 psi pretty steady.

it feels like its down a cylinder or two. Im going to pull the drivers side vavle cover when i get home and check that out. Im kinda stumped on this one

How many miles on the truck? Sounds like mine when it's cold. I have an injector or two that wont fire until oil temp gets above about 140deg.

That FIPW is wrong on so many levels. The last time somebody had all the same symptoms, I think it was the ICP. Pulling the ICP with no change may rule that out, but the FIPW should not be that low for any reason - 0.6 ms is "off" (sync signal), and the solenoids have difficulty operating correctly below about 1.3 ms. If that FIPW is accurate, the truck will run rough - if at all.

What did the FIPW and IPR do when you pulled the ICP connector?

UVCH is suspect.

0.31 ms pulse width can't even be right. 3.1 I could believe, but not 0.31. What does it do when driving? What's the max value you see?
