Well it is sitting on a very neat lawn with no tow-rope attached to the front so my guess it that it probably got there under its own power.

Looks stock standard other than the missing cigarette lighter. What is all the white stuff on the front of the air-box?

Yeah, I suspect some coolant has been distributed around the engine. I don't know how (blown HG, burst radiator hose etc.) which is why the white stuff is there.

Definitely a "buyer beware"

Even still, with the distance its done, its about 40 grand cheaper than any other 7.3 in Aus that hasn't driven to the moon and back already.

 

Wouldn't be bad for a part out and only 100k on the clock, need some spares.

 

Hmm for "only 100,000 ks" there sure is some filth in that engine bay, and signs that maintenance was not a priority.

That white stuff is acid from an exploded / boiled battery.

Got a friend with a very nice white absolutely stock 2006 Aussie delivered crew cab F250 7.3 in Goulburn, just under 200,000 k's. I was chatting to him yesterday and he mentioned that he wants to sell, and is looking for offers around $60K.
