Dual exhaust

I'm thinking about dual exhaust. I want to stick with the before the front tire dump. But the guy at the muffler shop said he couldn't do it because it'd have to cross over the driveline or under.
Couldn't we just make a solid piece all the way next to the driveline , then use flex pipe to connect it underneath or something that way if I ever need to work on the drive line it's removable. If any of that makes sense ?

You mean you want one to exit in front of the left tire?

Ya know you can't really do dual exhaust unless you have twin turbos, you just mean you want dual tailpipes?
