1992 F350 Manual

Hello,

I am brand new to this forum. I just bought a 1992 F350 460 4x4 Crew Cab Long Bed with 220,000 miles. I bought it to tow a 24ft trailer.
The truck drives wonderfully, but cosmetically, it has several things wrong with it and a few ***** and buttons missing. Does anyone know where I can find a free owner's and repair manual?

Have the online pdf owners manual for 96 F series. It's virtually the same between 92-97. If you shoot me your email I'll send it to you.

Josh, post some pictures too of what's missing. I and many others more knowledgeable than myself can help you out.

I will post some pictures tonight of what's missing.

GuitarJesus, I'm sending you my email now.

Additionally, does anyone have any opinion or scientific data on how long I should expect my engine and transmission to last? I'm just wondering if I should start budgeting now for a rebuild or if it will be a few years.

I'm right at 200,000. The 460 can go an easy 300 if taken care of properly. Maybe needing a rear seal, but to do it you either take out the engine or unbolt it and jack it up.

As far as the E4OD, early E4OD's didnt last long. Probably has already been rebuilt. Go to your local stealership and see if they have a repair history in the computer.
