Fuse 13, brake light keeps popping

I found the problem.
A few years ago I ran a wire from under the master cylinder to the back of the truck for the center stop light on my camper shell. I don't know why from there but if I remember there was a label that said 'center stop light' or something like that.
Anyway I ran it along the loom and zip tied it along the way to the back. It looks like that wire got caught in the tank strap when I tightened up the new tank. I cut the snag and now no more short.

Suggested rabs first as you stated the light was on.
