I have a 2005 f250 PSD, and I have been having a problem with the radio and power windows not operating when I start the truck. It doesn't happen all the time and when it does happen it only last for a couple of minutes and then everything works. I have replaced a relay in the main fuse box under the dash that is called the accessory delay relay, but this did not fix the problem.
Has anyone had this problem, and if so how did you correct it.

It is your guage cluster. You can have it repaired or order a replacment.
