i really should fix the air conditioner in the 04.

did not break it Shawn, it has never worked.
i think the ground is not hooked up on the compressor. i have power out of the pressure switch to the compressor, but the clutch does not engage.

i have just been lazy and not crawled under it to look at it.

 

hmmm woulda returned it to the dealer and told em it didnt work... lol


truck broke its compressor last yr... it seized up and the torque of the engine snapped the compressor bolt.. they said the clutches were missing... i was lucky the pulley didnt come off...

 

this one did not come from a dealer, it was an insurance buyout after a car along side it caught on fire and burned the interior after the passenger window broke from the heat.

i got it at a price that could not be passed up, and put a new interior in it. .

 

lol prolly melted a couple wires and vacuum hoses too..
