Yep, I wish I could have seeded last weekend, all of this rain would have been perfect for the seed!

That would have been good if you could have really known it was going to rain that much.. And again it could have washed it away..

True. It did rain pretty heavy a few times. That happened at our last house. My neighbor had a beautiful back yard, after all of my grass seed washed into his yard one year.
