They should go 365. And as far as taxes go, it should be like excise tax on your vehicle. You have one, two, three, ten; then you pay accordingly. As in I have none, so I dont pay for it

 

Morning Mr. S...now...there's an idea. We can extend that idea to other things too...no fires at your house means you don't pay for the FD...no need for police means you don't pay for them...only pay to maintain the streets that you drive on. I'm liking your way of thinking!!!
