Insurance for my 76

Hey all,

Well after 10 years overseas w/the Army, im finally back and about to get my baby back. New paint, interior, engine bright work. Basically, its a 2014 1976 F100. Problem is my insurance company does not car about any of this and will only insure it to $2000.

Anyone got a good insurance co that will insure my truck for what its worth? This thing is a sunday driver only.

Hagerty is the best for these older vehicles.

State farm will give you a antique/classic policy. Can drive up to 3000 miles/year. If you have receipts for all of the work done, I think they will let you do stated value. Doesn't hurt to check.

I recently purchased a Hagerty policy for an agreed replacement value of 25K. Was ~300 for the year.
