Runs really rough after bad stall
Hello everyone, I recently started a thread thinking that my engine was seized. It is now freed but I'm still not fixed yet. The previous thread is here. The short story is that I stalled going down the road and after that the engine would not crank. I knew that the batteries, cables and starter and alternator were not the problem. It was something to do with the engine. After taking it home and working with a couple days I got the engine turning and finally started.
The truck will run but very rough and it does not sound good at all. When this first happened I noticed a oil leak (I'm sure wasn't there before) coming from the top backside of the oil pan next to starter. It is leaking from a odd protrusion like its been dented from the inside. I'm not sure if this is related to it running so badly but it seems too coincidental. I'm wondering whats inside of the oil pan that could have caused this? I would open it up and take a look but as you all know its not that simple.
Also, trying to find some clues I started it up and cracked the injector lines one by one to try and hear the change. Most of the injectors, when loosened a little, caused the engine to run worse (sign that it's working) except 7 and 2 had the smallest change and cylinder 8 caused a big change. I'm not really sure what that could mean. After trying all the injectors took a video so everyone can get a better sense of whats going on.
This truck is not only my daily commuter but I also need it everyday for my personal use. Everyday its off the road is a day I'm loosing $$$ and time. I would love to get her purring again as soon as possible so any help with this a greatly appreciated. I have some pictures to show what I'm talking about with the oil pan and
to help understand whats going on here.

It sounds like you're running on all 8 and it's not shaking vioelnty, but yeah, that oil pan, that's bad. Something let loose in there, or it was already loose and finally got in the way of the crank.
I'm afraid that engine's coming out, you need to find out what's going on down there and the fact the engine is running and decently at that gives hope that it's savable. But if you drive it like that and it chucks something you'll be looking for a new mill.
