What're y'all doing with the wiring harness that's integral to the running boards? I'm keeping these LED's I wired in for board lights at night. Short of some of those sticky zip tie mounts on the inside of the new steps, I'm out of ideas.

Drill 2 holes then zip tie? Easy to remove and replace...

Thought about it, however since I wheel it I don't want zips hanging wrapped around the lower edge and getting ripped off.

Pretty much set on wrapping the entire exposed harness in cloth tape, then convoluted tubing with tape holding it shut every few inches, and then the sticky zip anchors inside the step. Should hold up well to the mud, water, etc. Wouldn't be the first time the water and mud's been over the running boards on this thing, even with the lift n tires.

Well played sir.

Install looks ridiculously simple. Mine are going to have to wait a bit longer, going out of town for a few days.

Hey Peace, what did you do with the "old" boards? Where are you located again?

I only need the passenger side one, and no brackets... they are the OEM crew cab steps right, sure looks like them.

EDIT: I just called your friend at work and he said he doesn't want/like/need them. He said you should totes work something out with me
