Motorcraft 2150 BOG

I have a 302 with a mild cam in it and the 1.08 Motorcraft 2150 for a carb. When it is cold it bogs down pretty bad until it is up to full temp. It starts up good every time and idles down just fine. I have tried adding more choke and it makes it bog worse. And will less choke it will die at a cold idle. Any ideas how to fix this. Im 99% sure I have no vacuum leaks.

How would you hook something like that up?
