I have a 2004 Excursion with Warn Hubs. Electric shift on the fly. I switch it in to 4x4 and I don't hear anything. The light comes on the dash that it is in 4x4,but it isn't. My Question is should I be looking at the transfer case shift motor? Or Relays?

 

First I an no expert and just bought my first 4x4 ever. I am having same problem. Here is what I did, start truck switch to 4x4 move it a couple feet then crawl under truck and see if you can turn front driveshaft by hand.
