200,000 mile club.
Best vehical ever.
Still proudly displays its sun faded window sticker as a tribute to Ford and the people in Kentucky who assembled it.
13 or 14 years ago I spotted her at a repo yard while, driving by. Told the wife if it has a stick it's mine. When I got closer I saw the V10 tags, couldn't ask for more. I peered in the window and saw the stick and manual transfer case shifter. Sold.
I spent $10,000 more than I had been budgeting for a truck.
Except for +/- 50,000L of fuel put through it, to this it has been a low cost truck to own.
At 52 I still get the BSEG.
Did I mention I love it.

250,000 on my V10 van. Spark plugs only issue and coils which on the van is a real pig of a job. Had one come loose but not blown out. Torqued to 28 ft lbs and no issues since.
One serpentine belt. Two transmission fluid changes on Mobil 1 ATF. One alternator rebuild as preventative maintenance. Mobil 1 5/20 changed every 5k with motorcraft filter. A fine vehicle. My 2002 I bought new and its better than the 2005 I bought. Lots of trouble with the 2005 5R110W transmission. Andrew.

I was celebrating the motor in the original post.
The motor had 40,000 mi. on it when I got it.
At around 80,000 to 100000 mi an EGR code led to finding a split rubber PCV elbow at the intake. That's when I started reading FTE every day. Ran nice to 190000 mi. and ejected #3 plug. Timesert repair at home. Nice kit time sert.
My fault the plug, I ignored the sounds of blow by.
The truck chassis rode 185000 mi. all factory.
Over the last 3 yrs 15000 to 20000 mi. I have replaced ball joints, front axle u joints, tie rod, drag link. Front wheel bearings, carrier bearing, rear shaft u joints. Master cylinder rubber brake lines. The front drive shaft and rear end are still untouched.
At 165000 mi. the T/O bearing squealed so new clutch went in. The actual clutch disk only had 1mm. of wear as measured against the replacement.
I think I'll get another 15 yrs out of it. That's mostly why I'm renewing parts. As long as the parts are built with quality and not cost as the guiding principle.
It's had a new heater core and fan motor. needs new window motors, seat covers and a cup holder.

01 f250 4x4. Had 194,000 when I got it. Now sitting at 214,000 and I find it hard to believe a new one could run any better. 2 COPs went so put all new COPs and plugs in it. Several broken manifold bolts but have not done any thing with them. Trany was replaced before we got it so shifts like new. Has about 4,000lbs of Ash firewood in it now. Lots of rust so guessing that will kill it long before the drivetrain gives out.

Yes, I agree, this is the most dependable, longest lasting truck I have ever owned! Wait a minute, where have I heard that before??? Anyway, I have had zero problems with this truck so far.....I have replaced the spark plugs twice, changed the oil, lubed the steering linkages, serviced the transmission, and all other required scheduled maintenance as directed by thw book. The only thing I have replaced because of normal wear and tear has been shocks, brake pads, steering stabilizer, upper & lower ball joints (grease zerk MOOG), and I had the local Ford dealer flush the brake system when they turned my rotors. I have had to replace only one coil pack so far! (That's a blessing, most of them only last about 100K.). I got this truck in 2008 with 66000 miles. This truck has never let me down, thank God! (Had to tow my brother in law's PPower stroke to the dealer twice, he never said a good word about my gas burner!! (No offense to PS owners, still love them, just couldn't justify the cost of ownership)

I'm not quite to 200K, but my 2008 is about to roll over 150,000 and hasn't given me any trouble at all. I recently had to replace the steering link on the drivers side due to a worn out joint, but otherwise just regular oil changes. I bought it 1 1/2 years ago with just over 131,000 on it, and am hoping to get to at least 225K (hopefully 250K).
