going from a 4.6 to a 5.4

I just recently bought an 04 f150 with a locked up 4.6 and I have access to a 5.4. Can some one tell me what would be involved into swapping the 5.4 into the truck that has a 4.6 . Any info would be welcomed

Little info of the truck it is an xlt 4.6 auto 4x4 auto . It is the rounded body style 04
