'67 F600 Tune Up Specs

I recently purchased a '67 F600 with a 330 2V Medium Duty FT engine and a 4-speed manual transmission. It's a pretty stock under the hood and it's a weekend vehicle so no high-performance parts or setup is needed.

Does anyone know the specs for a complete tune-up? I read the air/fuel ratio should be 13:1 vs the standard 14.7:1...any thoughts on this? Also, what spark plugs would you recommended I install? Ideally, I'd like to know...

Spark Plug Gap
Point Gap
Cam Angle
Ignition Timing BTDC
Firing Order
Idle Speed RPM
Fuel Pump Pressure
Compression Pressure

Are you referring to the chrome "FORD 600" emblems on the left and right fenders? Yes, but not really relevant to what I was asking...

[quote=dbreienrk1;14535930]............ I read the air/fuel ratio should be 13:1 vs the standard 14.7:1...any thoughts on this? .....................

They like 'em to run rich to help keep them cooler. Lean it out and combustion temps start to go up. Lean it out and run it WOT all day (as you may have to with a 330) and you might hole a piston.

Gas was cheap, improved pistons and other combustion chamber changes etc were expensive.

Did you get a 2 speed axle?

Yes, but I'm not using it to haul so it won't really be used.

Thanks for the info on the air/fuel ratio.

My dad would shift 2-3-4 in low and used the high rear axle setting as another gear when empty. Easier on the clutch maybe.
