Anyone put a 460(7.5) in a Gen 9 f150?
I have two projects Im contemplating I have a great ol 460 dying to be put in something and I realy like the 92-96 f150s, I know they cam in the 250/350 and oil filter 90 deg adapter is required as is the harness and ecm other than that , oh and a c6 or an e4od. I think the 8.8 is tough enough. Not a work truck but more of a fun truck.

I haven't heard of anybody doing it, but why not? Growing up my dad had a 73 f-100 single cab short bed 2wd with a 360 in it he said it was a blast to drive. Back in high school I knew a guy that built a 59 f-100 short bed with a 460 c6 and a 9" talk about a mean sounding and running truck.

Lots of guys have done it. PM BigblockF350. He has an 88 with an old school carbed 460 in it but that's an F350.
When my dad was in high school, he had a 1979 Ford F150 SCLB 2wd with a C6 behind a 460 with a double pumper Holley 850. It was a great truck and held up for a long time until he sold it and the new owners wrecked it. It has been done and you can do it
