So I recently bought a cab over camper and in it came with 4 of these. I have no clue what they are for....any ideas what they are called?

They are your tie downs. The will wrap around your box and tie to camper. Then you run a strap down to you truck frame in all four corners.

 

What sort of tie-downs do you have holding the camper in the bed of the truck?

Back in the mid 80's. I had an 11-1/2' Coachmen camper and just had stake bed tie-downs. This being carried on the back of an 84 F250 diesel supercab.. I never had a scarier unit than that one in a cross wind..
