OT tattoo sleeve

That is going to be a really nice sleeve. Interesting to read everyone's opinions on tattoos in this thread. I've been getting tattooed for almost twenty years now but I've never had a job in an office setting so I can't comment on how it may effect carreer advancement. My careers have been fairly tattoo friendly, military and corrections.

I thought sleeving was something you do to a worn out engine. :-)
For me, I've never appreciated a single illustration that I wanted to carry with me for my entire life so I could watch it fade and sag.
Of course, I wouldn't put a Chevy engine in a Ford and there's plenty of people that do it.
For some odd reason when I see big tats like these it makes me think of some horror movie I saw where the creepy guy made a lampshade from human skin - was that "Silence of the lambs"?

That looks awesome. I have half sleeves which are scrolls with bible verses. I agree that tattoos are a way to express parts of your life. I also have my son's name in Hangul on my forearm because he was born in korea. I have my other sons name and birthday surrounded by moose antlers, salmon, and a fishing pole and rifle because he was born in alaska and loves hunting and fishing.
Oh and I work in an office setting and just wear long sleeves everyday

The times they are a changing; but Kansas has not caught up yet. AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFIERS from the KHP website:

Have any offensive tattoo, scarification or brand regardless of location on the body.
Have any tattoo, scarifcation or brand that would be visible when wearing an agency provided uniform or required work attire. Any such marking(s) appearing on the head, face, neck, hands or arms (below the bottom of the bicep). (As a general rule, any marking(s) visible when wearing a short-sleeved v-neck shirt.)
Heard a quote once, "I'd hate to wear permantely what I was thinking at 18". It all depends on what you were thinking at 18, I guess.
Don't get me wrong, I admire meaningful, quality work, just not my thing. I'd probably have more than one if I was 40 years younger.
