I have a 2003 f250 6.0 with 155/30 injectors. Just wondering what you guys are doing to keep the fuel pressure up to support these injectors?

I'm running one of the upgraded AD165's with the commercial pump motor. Call the store in Missouri to order one.

If anyone knows pumps it is Tim. Do you have a regulated return already?

I thought a lot of people were having problems with the airdog pumps.

They were, because of unapproved changes by the pure flow folks, but that has supposedly been remedied. My pump has NEVER been this quiet.

So what do you pay on fuel filter changes? ( airdog filters and maybe upper stock filter)

The water separator is washable/reusable. The filter is a bit expensive from AD but I never could find a fleetguard that didn't leak. I don't run the upper filter since the AD is a 2 micron.

You can get the filters at Napa. Much cheaper and IMO, just as good. No issues except the petcock leaking, easy to change.

My filters were leaking from the top of the case. Never had as issue with the AD filters even though they're probably made by FG too.

I used a FASS 150/180 on my truck and I also had 155 injectors on it as well. 7yrs and it supported those injectors fine. It was a loud fuel pump, I will say that, but after yrs of blasting my eardrums out, I got used to it soon enough.

I haven't looked to see what the equivalent fuel pump is now for the one that I had (I'm sure they have changed models sense then).

Maxium mentioned an RR kit. I did run one of those as well in conjunction with my fuel pump.

Has any one done the 6.4 pump install feeding the 6.0 pump? I've been reading up on people that have done it but still kinda confused about the wiring of it.
