tie rod sleeve ?'s

i have a 97 f250 7.3L 4x4. heavy duty. and i cant seem to figure out what tie rod end sleeve i need. im not even sure it really matters. these are the tie rods part #'s i have so far
ES3363T
ES3362L
DS1420
DS1419.... are these correct?
and which sleeve part number do i need? summitracing.com
