Sorry but yet another high boy power steering question.

First the specs on my truck 1974 f250 4x4 with manual transmission and 360 engine, garrison power steering HD Dana 44 front with 33" tires.
Now the question. How much assist should I expect from the garrison power steering system? Sitting in dirt should I be able to turn from lock to lock with one finger? One hand open palm? Or two hands?

It seems like my truck takes more arm power then it should to turn. I have already had the steering valve rebuilt (leaked like crazy) and put in a new pump. The system was bled after each component was changed (on jack stands about 70 turns back and fourth each time) so air bubbles shouldn't be an issue. Only thing left would be to change the ram at this point unless I'm missing somthing?

Thanks
H3
