flow chart and values

Good morning all, as you can see I am a new member here and to forums in general. I have been reading the other posts and replies. My question is about a 04 explorer w/4.0. A friend just replaced the motor on his and is now getting a P0340 (can sensor). I am looking for a diagnostic flow chart with values. To be able to test. I have not been able to find one. I have tried with no luck. So being new to this it is probable me. Would some one have that info or kindly direct me to the correct spot. Thank you for any help.

Sorry, most regular users probably won't know about diagnostic flow charts.

When I worked for Ford some 35 years ago, I knew the diagnostic flow charts for the EEC-II and EEC-III systems as used on 302/351 engines. Today's systems are so different that any remnants of those information I might still have probably don't apply anymore.
