1996 4.9 DTC p0136 02 sensor locations?

My check engine light came on it says p0136 Bank 1 sensor 2 pretty much saying low voltage to that 02 sensor. I seen the low voltage for bank 1 sensor 2 on my scanner with live data at 0.040. others was much better. I put my scanner to record mode and sparyed carb cleaner to see if that low volts changed from a vacuum leak it didn't. I have replaced both 02 sensors in the Manifold like 2 weeks ago just to do it for mantice and today I had some good used old o2 sensors for the truck and replaced the 02 sensor on the leftside of the manifold close to the firewall no change in volts. I have not yet replaced the downstream 02 sensor yet past the cat. Now really on a oneside manifold exhust system such as my 96 4.9L 300line 6 which 02 sensor is witch? I know bank 1 sensor is closest to cylinder one. The second 02 sensor in the manfoild to the leftside facing manifold are they going to call that bank 1 sensor 2. It's kinda confusing when I have looked at other sites they refered bank 1 sensor 2 the downstream 02 past the past the cat. I know how it works on duel manifolds . But a 300 inline 6 has me confused.

On the 300 six

Bank 1 sensor 1 monitors cylinder 1,2,3
Bank 2 sensor 1 monitors cylinders 4,5,6

Bank 1 sensor 2 monitor the gases coming out of the main catalytic converter.

I replaced the 2nd manifold 02 sensor I don't know how many times thinking it was it. I did have anew downstream but I didn't know they call that bank 1 sensor 2. I tryed to get it out oneday with my 02 socket and couldn't get it out so I just kept sparying it with PB blaster. Well after I tryed getting it out not to long and bang I got p0136 bank 1 sensor 2 and my scanner allso said look at I think it was p2201 or and p2271 well anyway it said stuck lean or stuck rich or did not change. Well I thought it was manifold 2 cylinder 4-6 02 sensor. I never got this code intill I tried to remove the downstream. I got it out yesterday and when I got it out I seen it was smash alittle dented from me trying to use a 02 socket to get it out I used a shorty 7/8 wrench and got it. The code hasn't came back or yet anyway. All scanner I/Ms are almost complete waiting for cat mon and secondary air to complete. I don't have to worry about e-check or smog check.
