will 08 up air dam fit 05-07

i was wondering if the deeper air dam on the 08 up trucks would fit the bumper of the 05-07 trucks

it will, but there is a lot of cutting to make it fit. I tried doing it for a long road trip and did not see any increase in MPG. and it looks a little funky. I took the old one off and used it as a template to trim the top tabs and redrill holes.
