OK this is how you use the scan gauge for test's, no HVAC, radio , nothing on.
In park KOEO- ( key on engine off) post results
in park LOW- ( Idling, no RPMs) and post results
In park High- ( 2500 rpm steady) post results
you have 4 to choose from so I'm thinking get ICP,ICPV,IPR,FICM mp.( main power) later you can get FICM lp ( logic power) and FICM vp ( vehicle power) Double check the PIDs entered after awhile they all look the same

No sync is the problem. Be sure all 3 ficm plugs are well seated and chk the wiring harness to the cam and crank sensors for shorts.

Yessir, I'm working on the no sync problem now! Replaced ipr already and it's still 85%, so I'm gonna have to do the hpop huh? The way the truck acted when it died out and the way it spins over now has made me think hpop all along. My brothers 04 did this several years ago. I really appreciate yall's help!!!!

I don't think you have a TRUE SYNC Problem

Your SGII is New and so its usually a Programing error with SGII so check the Code you enter

At this Point I would make sure you have Oil Flow to the filter housing During cranking verify the screen hasn't went thru the LPOP basically

My guess is Bad HPOP do to year OR maybe the ICP Sensor got Blown Out this is what we need ICPV at KOEO for so we can verify a Good ICP sensor

hang on let me post you a Good Link to troubleshot it

Okay, did have one number wrong, have sync now! ICV KOEO is 0.13. FPW stayed at 0 for a second during cranking then jumped to 5656. Still showing 85% IPR, ICP still jumping around from 250 to 525, and FICM still 48 volts. I had already gone through the wiring and still no sync, so I 'm sure glad you suggested to check my gauge!!! I'm done for today, it's 100 degrees under my carport with 80% humidity and a heat index of around 110!!!!! Thanks man!!!

You have a BAD ICP Sensor

Unplug it and start the truck should run in default mode

yepper that .13 volts at KOEO confirms it, if there is oil in the electrical connection you will need to replace the pigtail as well.

I suspect the ICP Sensor gave a False reading (LOW) and IN Return the HPO System Overpressurized Blew the IPR Screen into (Inside) the IPR Valve

Compleate guess my behalf but I can see it possibly happening due to the chain of events that happens
