02 4x4 F450 hubs to F350 hubs

Im looking at buying a rusted out 2002 4X4 F450 for its front and rear axles but I can't use the large 8 lug pattern I need the small 8 lug pattern can this be done or should I keep looking for a F350 with the correct lug patterns

What I'm wanting to do

What I'm wanting to do is convert the 2002 4x4 F450 axles from the large 8 lug pattern to to the standard 8 lug size I can pick up this truck really cheap and wanted to make sure the parts I'm getting from the truck will conform to what i need what I'm building is a 1989 E350 want to make it a 4x4

Take dually adapters off and re-drill hubs to 8 x 6.5" pattern.

Oh thats its Just re drill the hubs thats a lot easier then i thought it was going to be i thought i would need to change out the hubs all together

Let a machine shop do it for you. Take the lug bolts with you.

Sorry for this I never did this before so I take the hubs off and have them drilled can I get it drilled for the 99 and new lug pattern I forgot the specs on that or do I stick to the 8x6.5

Ok sounds easy now it's just time to find a t case and drive shafts and mount and switch axle thank you for your help
