column shifter linkage bushings

Hi all, I'm a regular at the 48-56 forum and recently added to my list of things to do a 71 Ranchero. (pics coming). I'm having a problem with the shifter linkage. The bushings are shot and won't hold the pieces together. It's a 302/C4 with the column shift. In researching this, I found an old thread on the 73-79 truck department that says the bushings are (were 5 years ago) still available from Ford, and the the part number has updated 3 or 4 times since the part was introduced in the 60's. So I call my local dealer and they say they cannot look up old parts, they're 'cataloging doesn't go back that far" and unless I know of a newer vehicle that they fit on, he can't (won't) help me.

Long story short, does anyone know the current part number for the bushings? I believe there's Ford dealers who are sponsors here, and if anyone can hook me up with them, I'd gladly give them the business. I have no reason, or desire at this point, to ever go back to my local people.

Thanks in advance.
