Radiator Support and bushings

Radiator Support and bushings
After getting tired of listening to my headers throw bolts and blow gaskets I decided to install a set of Sage-8 locking header bolts.
While doing so I noticed that the area around the radiator support bushings is turning into a gob of rust and crappy rubber. So I would like any suggesstions concerning....
Radiator support, replace or beef up rusted areas. I have noticed there are support reinforcements available, but I can't quite tell where they go. New support about $190 at LMC or $150 at Rock Auto.
Bushings. Looking at a set of Energy Suspensions that have to be purchased with an entire set of body bushings. Any experience with these or other brands?
Hardware. Go to a reputable nut and bolt shop or order from LMC or Ford?
Thanks for any ideas, Rich

I ordered my Radiator Support Brace online for ~$225 with shipping included (Oversized parts) and paid ~$65 for new Cab Mount Poly Bushings from Discount Auto Parts Online -- PartsGeek.com - Domestic & Import Auto Parts Warehouse (Included shipping).
Nuts, bolts and washers costed me ~$15.00
here's a video I made for the procedure:

Very nice video Sidewinder! It answered a lot of questions for me. I am one of those that gets started on one project and then thinks of 10 others. We have a big camping trip coming up and I don't want to get my truck all torn apart and then find out I only have a day to get it all back together.
As far as the support goes. I got looking at mine and the only place that is bad is right at the mounts. I have a buddy that is great at cutting out the crap and welding in new stuff so I think that is the way I Will go.
Thanks again,
Rich
