A 1984 non-computer Edelbrock 4v standard?
Got an opportunity to get the AC and cruise, but do I need different components for a non computer engine?

 

You will have to find out about the speed sensor. I am not sure where it is on a 86, but I am pretty sure the 84 would have had the little generator in speedo cable. The later trucks had the sensor in the rearend. I know some of the cars had them in the side of the tranny.

You will have to rig the throttle/cruise cable. The EFI cable is nothing like the carb cable.

It's hard to say about the A/C. Minor things like the lines may have been moved around, and minor little brackets may have changed. You will have to stare at it for a little bit.

 

The A/C compatibility will be decided by which components you need. As far as the cruise, the '85 and '86 EFI trucks didn't use a VSS of any sort, so the sensor will be in-line with the cable like the older trucks, lucky for you. Like Franklin2 said though, the linkage is way different, but you may be able to rig it up. If not, maybe try to get the cable/linkage from an older truck.
