Vibration video around 70 mph.

Vibrates bad around 70. I've had tires re balanced. Carrier replaced and shim. And other things. Anyway here's the link.
You can see the phone cord bouncing like a Jump rope.

I just went on a 60 mile drive. Shakes and vibrates after 65mph. And every once in a while I'll get a clunking noise making a sharp left turn. Seems like hubs may not be released right or something. I have manual hubs. I guess I might just have to check every single bolt and connection on the front end and go from there

Ya thanks a lot. Will definitely do.

Thing that sucks is that front u joints on driveline and axle are brand new with about 2000 miles. Hubs are only a year old. And the tie rods are moog and are literally a year old also. Anyway I'll figure it out sometime. When I do I'll let you guys know

Do you feel this vibration more in the steering wheel or in the floorboard? This is a lifter D60 correct? How was your lift achieved?

What kind of shape are the rubber bushings in the track bar in?

Yeah it's a d60. It has like 3-4" lift springs in front. Blocks In rear. I was getting a lot of axle wrap or vibration starting off from stop lights and stuff then I replaced and shimmed the carrier 3/4" and most of that is gone now. But it's still got this vibration past 65 that makes me not even want to drive it on the highway.

I'm taking it back to les schwab tomorrow. And they're gonna completely look it over I guess. I might make them throw new tires on it.

One thing I was thinking was I could put my old 35s back on and see if it also vibrates.

These are new toyo 38s. So if it don't vibrate with those it's gotta be the tires ?

Track bar bushings are less then a year old.

Stumped because I cannot figure this out!! It's driving me nuts. I just want my truck to run smooth for once. It makes me appreciate the times it is running right that's for sure

Track bar bushings less then a year old replaced by me.

Shackle bushings less then a year old by me

Front leaf bushings less then a year by me

Tie rods less then a year or close to a year by me (les schwab aligned)

Toyo MTS with only about 2500 miles.

New front drive shaft u joints about 2 years old.

New front axle u joints and axle seals less then 4 months old (mechanic said new u joints were "heavy duty" )

New manual hubs less then 2 years by me.

New power steering pump by me 1 year old.

New dual steering stabilizers about 2 months old.

New rebuilt steering column less then 2 months old.

Pretty much only thing I haven't replaced is steering box.

I feel it more so in the floorboard. But some in steering. Seems to have gotten worse after my first tire rotation. (Put the RR on LF. And LR on RF )

Guess there's a lot of things it could be. My list of things to check

-drive shaft straight (left and right wise)
-do I need to rotate 180 degrees ? Or is that even possible.
-tires balanced again
-make sure manual hubs are unlocked

That's probably it if you have stacked blocks like your other post mentions.

Put 35s on. 90% vibration gone. Gonna go to les Schwab. Have them check balance and do it right. Or demand to give me a new set.

Keep you updated

Sitting at les Schwab right now. Guy went on a ride with me on the freeway and immediately said "holy crap. There's definitely something wrong. " lol. Said they'd give me a new set if it came down to it
