this is an interesting thread. my truck has been doing this since day one. ive never owned a vehicle that clunks as bad when being shifted from park. ive never taken it in, but i might now after hearing these responses.

My truck does this at the boat ramp all the time. Nothing has broke so not too worried about it. We shall see
