Looking to maybe putting a bigger carb on this stock 1966 240 of mine.

Will aftermarket manifolds that fit a 300 also fit a 240?

 

the block is the same for the 300 and 240, the stroke is longer on the 300 so your exhaust and intake are the same.

 

Awesome.

I'm not looking to get crazy here, but I think a two barrel carb would be an improvement over the stock setup.

Any recommendations for an aftermarket two barrel manifold? Or maybe a stock manifold from a later 300?

 

Bookmarked a thread and misplaced another where member's in the 'inline 6' forum posted couple sources for engine parts and upgrades for the inline 6.
