Fuel filter seperater

Hi all ,, does any 1 no wer I can get a replacement part for the above mentioned ? There's a pipe that screws on to the top of this to the right side as you are looking from the front .my thread has been stretched and is leaking wer the pipe tightens on ?? (Not sure how to post a pic )

I would try a wrecker at first
Try to steer away from a Ford Stealership

Hi Matt,

that is the fuel return on the top of your truck's fuel bowl. Generally what happens is that the Aussie Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel (ULSD) disovles the stock fuel seal.

That black muck coming out both side of the brass nut is the memory of your old fuel seal there.

This is where you get the parts to replace all the seals (20 USD + postage):
A complete Fuel Bowl reseal kit for the Ford 7.3L diesel filter canister 1999-2003

The seal that you've shown disolved is the: 1 - 5/16" sleeve for the fuel return line.

Based on my experience, if one goes the rest will follow, buy the military spec offering and spend a day doing the fuel-bowl rebuild, & it will be the last time that you have to touch it.
