I bought these and as I'm looking at them I don't see how they are going to lower the rear end 3.5 inches as they say. I need to install these I think before I mount the mustang fuel tank in the back as I don't see how there will be access to the spring hanger bolts once the tank is installed ( I used the 1" frame method from this forum John Niolon's page) then after looking at his page I see he has a 4 link setup with coil overs and no leaf springs. I may be back to square 1 with the gas tank.

 

To lower it more you can move the bracket higher up on the frame

 

Thx for the pic, I knew something wasn't right so I called Mid Fifties for clarification and these install at the spring closest to the cab of the truck..They are changing their instructions to be more clear from what I was told. Now the installation makes sense.
