No stop & shop in NH anymore. =/

Question for everyone. Been hearing some noises coming from the front end... always something.
Got a slight humming and on the left side there is a loud "loose" metal sound every time a bump on the road.
I jacked up the front and didn't notice any play 12-6 but there is some good play on 3-9.
Also the passenger side has some grinding when I spin it by hand.
Thoughts? Help?

Also, how hard is it to do pinion seals? My rear one is REALLY bad but the front one needs replacing too. Not as bad though

Clunking hitting bumps could be sway bar end kinks wore . The 3-9 play could be tie rod ends. Have someone move the tire back and forth and look at each tie rod joint . Grinding maybe some dirt embedded in brake pad or a slider pin seized. Does that brake get hotter after a drive? Pinion seals are tricky because of a crush sleeve under the nut that sets the backlash of the pinion gear. People try to count the number of exposed threads and then put the nut back on the same. Probably have to mark the front face of the nut and the end of the pinion shaft to get alignment to know where to stop

Was contimplating waiting on a 15 but they have a decent deal on color option 2 on my list.

Ken does not have one.

I found 2 identicle ones at 2 dealers with $300 seperating them
Thought it over and as opposed tapping myself out and hearing all the "why did you buy a car you can't afford" BS I am going to wate for the 15s. Will have no incentives/rebates and be 4-5k more in the long run. But I will have less bills and more down payment saved up.

So you still have to wate. Unless you want to donate to the cause

You know you like it

I was all set to just wait until March April but she found one and in less than 24 hours I am buying a new car and again not buying a new car just yet.

To top it off I was told someone was going to look at the car at bout 2pm. I figured that was it and it would be gone. Dealer called me at about 3pm saying car is still available. why couldn't the 2pm guy just have made my decision a bit easier. I still ended up saying no.

Ran some numbers after work and could probable afford it but it would be real tight for a while. Right now my next paycheck is already spent on bills (I get 2 paycheck a month). I've also been watching my account go down and down like it did when I was layed off.

Decisions decisions. I hate vehicle payments. The time will never be perfect but good to have a plan.
