Broken Rear Trailing Arms

No surprise there after 11 years in salted road winters with the KB boosted 5.4. I had it repaired at the dealer using quality parts and then sold it to my best friend's son (sans the KB blower). He just called me the other day to tell me they are broken again.

Has this occurred with any of you? I'm thinking 3 years is a pretty short life cycle for trailing arms.

Rotted trailing arms are a common issue. Here's my experience way back when: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/9...ling-arms.html
