lifting suspension for repair

2003 f250 6" lift, trying to figure how I'm going to lift truck at suspension to replace spring bushings

Same way they lift houses and bridges, blocks of wood on a jack.

Take the rear tires off and lower as low as possible and put on jack stands. Front tires off and have the frame held up with jack stands and then let the front suspension hang. Or if you are a northern like me jack the front end up off the plow frame and you will have tons of room
