I agree with leaving drain holes. If you have access to a dimpler I would go that route. (4) 3/4" holes

definitly a nice unit.

the manifolds are all grinded and painted just not installed. got the the new intalke gasket on there, i welded a 3/4" NPT bung to it..oversize but what the heck why not. Tomorrow i was going to make the trans mount but I realized the engine is not vertical, its cockjed to the passenger side so im redoing that tomorrow and if I finish that in time do the trans mount. With one mount set and the rear of the engine supported I can use the crane to lift up one side of the negine, put a level on it and make sure im good. i swear it was fine before..guess it wasnt fully seated or something. Decent progress today, just took a looong time. Really hope I can have the driveline mounted and in, and driveshaft angles and lengths all measured up so I can order the final peices (few u joints, a female spline, and rear yoke). then drop iut all off to have em adjusted for length.

Very nice execution of the divorced np205 mounts and Transmission crossmember. Need to do the same on my '87 F350 with Cummins/2wd Getrag and Np205.

What are you planning to do with the frame area sticking out in front of the grill? Winch? Monster grill guard?

i need to build a scratch made front end. will tak eupo most of the room along with the CAC. then bolt a bumper up to the front frame horns.

im in my new house and shop, took a while ot organize both, just got my work bench clear yesterday. will take me a couple weeks to get the front end figured out.

frist time driving it. the super loud knocking is the new wlywheel hitting the inspection cover. was running out of daylight so didnt take it off for the video. Man i love the hydroboost. the truck feels super stable and solid. love it. extended front driveshaft should be done next week.

downpipe almost done, the hard part at least of snaking it around and down past the firewall. Needs another 8" straight section , then a gradual 90 where it will have a 3" vband, transferring to a 3-4" coupler and flex pipe, then 4" back to the rear tire. I wish i had a tig, this flux welding leaves it looking so nasty. good thing its going to be wrapped! cant quite tell, but there are some funky 3d compound curved goin on in it.
