Hi everyone. We got back from Lake Cascade about an hour ago. I'm beat. Susi, Jennifer, and Bear had a great time. Trying to figure out what I want to eat for dinner, but I'm so tired and sore, I have no motivation to eat, even though I'm hungry.

Good morning Idaho, happy Friday! It's been great here all week, in the 70's for highs and low humidity. Going to get hot for the weekend, though.

 

Good afternoon, everyone. Finished my workout at the VAMC Boise, then had to head over to BSU all sweaty to give a presentation on the BSU Veterans Club during orientation. Jennifer said I did pretty good since I had nothing prepared and BSed (see my signature) my way through my segment.

 

Howdy all. Just sitting in the shade for a while lol.

Been working on my truck and bronco a bit today. I got my fog lights fixed on the truck and am installing brighter reverse lights in the bumper. Yesterday I got my bronco running for the first time in years!

 

Morning fellas. Hopefully gonna find a battery for my bronco today so I dont have to keep stealing my trucks battery in order to move it.
I got somr potentially cool news last night. My buddy is going to build a 408 strocker for his 71 bronco and he said I can have his 302 that's in it currently. Which will allow me to drive the bronco while I try and build a 300 for my bronco

 

Well im trying to post pics of the bronco lets see if it works.

 

Love those older, full-size Broncos. Micah, if your friend is giving you his 302, why not just build that one instead of the 300?

I'm not planning on doing much today. Yesterday's workout has caught up with me. My hips feel like they're on fire this morning and it hurts to breathe. Getting old sucks! I don't want to take any pain medications, but I may lose that battle if the pain and throbbing doesn't go away soon.

Having my second cup of coffee with Susi. She and the girls are heading down to World Market later today for a wine tasting. Jennifer is too young to participate, so she "volunteered" to be the Designated Driver for her mom and big sister.

 

Morning Craig. I love big broncos as well. But this one in particular. My dad bought it in 1990 and I learned how to drive in this bronco. The reason I want to build a 300 is because I love straight sixes and that's what it came with. Also because they are a bullet proof motor. And if later down the road I want a v8 in it I would build a 351.
