Understand no fireworks for you Chief. keeping you and all of you over there in our thoughts, and prayers. Will take granddaughter to her 1st fireworks Thursday night, and old fashioned steam engine parade on Friday. Happy 4th of July everybody.

Thanks yankbs 66f100 !!!!
I will miss the fireworks this year. Doing some spring cleaning in my room and packing away stuff getting ready for my next duty assignment. It is amazing how much stuff you can collect in such a short amount of time.

I hope everyone has a great 4th of July weekend!!!!

I live in Macon. Anyone know of a shop that can bend I beams? Im thinking about a rear hanger flip and wacking a couple coils off the front.

I understand that proper alignment can be achieved by bending the beams.

I thought I would look into it as an alternative to doing dropped beams.

Shadowrider I don't,

Well we had an exciting 5th of July. A suicide bomber in a Corolla tried to hit one of our convoys. The rear truck ran him off the road and he blew himself up up impact with a wall. Oh and they shot rockets at the airport. Man I just love living in a combat zone/ Not really.

Go with the drop beams. Bending the I-beams is almost a lost art. Plus you don't lose the ride quality by cutting the coil springs.

I have been out of the loop for a while, I met my new boss and battle buddies. I will start working with them in about a month. My extension is almost complete. I hope to come home in October for some R&R. PASSED my PT test!!!! I have my promotion packet in!! Everything is going good, no complaints other than missing home. Hope everyone is doing good.

Glad to hear you're doing good Chief. I'm back from vacation, and as expected I walked into a big mess. But it was well worth it, vacation was great. Plan on heading back again next year.
