Woke up this morning at 4:42 am to the sound of a thunderstorm, which poured water for at least half an hour. I bet it doesn't make it to the predicted high of 105 now. Interesting how they have not changed the prediction, or changed the chance of rain from 0 percent. LOL

I may be old and senile, but I still know what rain sounds like, and when I got up at 9:30 am the ground was still wet, and the truck was clean. So it was rain.

My back fuel tank does not work any more. The sending unit is working but no fuel to the motor. Can some one please send me a link to how to troubleshoot this? I cant seem to find any fuses or relay in my manual.

Did you try posting this in 94 forum? I would guess a filter clogged but in reality I am no mechanic. Good luck

Hey all. Haven't had time to much other than lurk. Been hot here and I've had family from Texas and Washington to entertain.

I'm looking at possibly roofing some out-buildings for my neighbor this next week. Hoping that falls throw. Shingles in 105* heat doesnt sound fun to me.

Chris, my guess would be the little valve that switches the tank feed. Theyre known to go bad.

Good Morning NorCal...Boy I sure "lucked out" with the weather during the "Great Roofing Project of 2014". I wouldn't want to be up there now...It's been over 100 degrees every day since I finished.

Hopefully, I'll be able to spend some time on the 49' now.

Reggae on the River starts tomorrow...10,000+ wackos about 5 miles down the road from me. I'll go lock the gate this morning. At least they're "Down Stream" from me.

Have a great day...Drive slow and fly low.

I get 144 miles out of the front tank if it is all city driving. My front tank gauge does not work, and when I am running off the rear tank it pumps fuel into the front tank as well. So I am constantly switching back and forth to keep the beast running.
