RC. Close, but too old. They used a '76-'78 Fury.

I'm working on straightening out a '94 Camaro. Some butcher went through it and destroyed a good bit of it. It has "dumb kid" written all over it. It ticks me off to no end when some know nothing hack purposely goes through something with no other intention other than "to see what makes it tick". Then forgets how it's supposed to go back together.

RC, there were a few older ones here and there during the series. I was just into the General Lee.

Good Morning Everybody!

I'm already at the car lot and pulled the brake, gas and e-brake pedals out of a Chevy truck here for a guy that's building a street rod. I already had the tilt column set aside. It wouldn't have been such a big deal except for the fact the brake pedal assembly was welded in the truck. Anyway, I hope the guy actually buys it now that I removed the parts.

I have to get back on the dang VW here in a minute and get the head buttoned up. This next week is going to suck. I have three wrecks to fix and paint, the boat to scrap out, and Jeff's truck to finish. I don't plan on being on here much.

That's a tall order Alan. Good luck getting it all done. I find out Monday if I get a boot or cast on my right foot. I thought I just rolled my ankle last fall, turns out I broke my foot and this almost year of walking on it has done it no favors..oops.

Remember as long as it helps pay the bills, hang in there.

Morning boys.

Dang Chip that sound like RC's foot. Go for the "walking boot" that way you can take it off and still get in the pool and shower. Its to hot for a cast!

Rich, that's exactly what I'm hoping for. I hate the idea of being in a cast.

good evening all.. i had to work on the 51 chevy today getting the door back on and laying out the parts that just came back from the chrome shop..pretty stuff....
i still managed to do a little on the 71 f100.. i got the instrument panel tore down, cleaned and put back together. bled the brakes it now has a good pedal .. then i had to modify the radiator support.. it was designed for a high capability radiator but that left with the truck i sold to dave..the new radiator is a standard radiator so i had to make a piece to take up the extra width.. the new part does look nice on the truck.. i also got new gasket so i put the intake and the dual exhaust manifolds back on. my new exhaust system was sitting on the porch when i got home so maybe i can get it on tomorrow then i can finish putting the frt. sheetmetal back on. and let the truck back on the ground....its very near a running truck again...

I installed ol reds classic Craig cassette player and ran the behind the seat speaker wires up the A pillar and down the B pillar and then out.

Also got the door speakers installed and wired up, so now I got tunes in it....about to put the dash cluster back in and address the dash light or lack there of issue.

Started is and let it idle for a bit, and then worked on a few other projects. Back at it tomorrow I hope for awhile, then get the grandson tomorrow night for the weekend.
