You should not be getting to 35 psi. 28 psi max. Do you have a way to read live engine data? Such as a scan gauge or the android torque app? Need to know map baro and ebp at koeo. May be stuck turbo veins.

Sent from my leash using IB AutoGroup

Sent from my leash using IB AutoGroup[ It is a built 6.0 about 825 horse power and has pushed max 37psi Evan tho its built should it not push that much. I put a new waste gate sensor in didn't help I heard of a boost pressure sonsor ? Cause it builds and starts like shooting off threw air intake boost gauge bounces all over. Still think the vanes

Money: you just couldn't have seen Zach's last post as you were typing

825 HP? and what is your max torque number? Did you buy it built or have it done and seen the dyno runs to know it is, well, what you say it is...

That's not EVEN a VG Turbo in there at those numbers....

Just bought truck with all paper work on motor showing what has bin done got for a good price cause of this issue all ways had 7.3's trucks runs great except won't hold boost went over all the boots cooler. Up to 20psi runs great after that looses power and just starts bouncing all over. Those turbos easy to take apart and clean

Thanks

I will just tear down and dig deeper. Just thought I would see if any one else had this kind of problem.

I just want to make sure I have this right before I solve your problem: you just bought the truck and you had paperwork that proved a few modifications, correct so far? Did the seller also provide you with the dyno run print-outs, or did you get the chance to put it on a chassis dyno yourself to see the 1125 at the rear?

Before this issue cropped up, of course....

Yes he gave me the prints of the dyno still was not sure cause I understand that's a lot. I tried to get it to the drags when they came to town to put on the dyno but didn't make it. Papers say yes but ive ridden in a few with the same and much more quick but still not sure it is all air ride lift about 12 inches with 22.5 alchola wheels has no problem moving until it gets over that point

Well, I think one of the problems is your rear end, you need to upgrade it to at least have Redline Ester based synthetic fluid and an external pump/cooler set-up. Those are some serious numbers, and you know, I'm sure, that driveline problems can work their way all the way back to the turbo, or really even the cold air intake this bad boy must have (look under the hood and see if one of those cone shaped K&Ns is of to the front drivers side).

This is going to take some work to diagnose, but I am confident we will get there!!
