They changed in 08. The contour changed and they moved the reverse lights to the top, but the physical shape of the light recess in the bed has not changed. The wiring is different for the reverse lights so you either snip and splice or make adapter harnesses.

The assembly fit right in, but Ford used a smaller bulb and socket for the 2015 reverse lights. I made an adapter plate outta some plastic to allow the existing socket work in the Recon assembly. This way I can go back to original if I want.

Nothing like some of y'all but I haven't had it long, give me time hahaha

Leer Bed cover

WeatherTech mud flaps. I already got a tiny chip on the passneger side fender down low behind the wheel I know would have been prevented if these were installed at the factory.

A set of fog lights I bought for another car many years ago and never installed them. Turned them into backup lights for the truck. Wired them into the #4 upfitter switch. Running that wire under the truck from rear to front took forever, these trucks are stupid long.

AVS window vent things and tinted front windows to match rest. I had them on my '09F350 and the wife's '01 4runner. I lover these things.

Not the truck, but this time next week the truck will be pulling this across the country and back. Two weeks, 6000 miles, 8 stops, two adults, two seniors, one child, two dogs.

My brave wife on the roof, we brought it home this weekend to clean it, make sure everything is working good, and filling it up for the trip. I got a generator for Christmas and have yet to fire it up and make sure the rv will run everything off of it. Several nights we will be relying on it to give us lights and a/c.

You can see the door ding guards on all four doors also. I hate paint chips on the door edges, you can get a roll of that at WalMart in clear, chrome, or black that will cover all four doors with a little left over.

All I got.

Ken

I am more at ease having the Aux Fuel/Water separator from DieselSite. I have not had a water issue (yet). I do feel better having the extra protection.

Take a look at this post............

This guy is selling one at reduced price.
