The second one's are close to a 98/99 Dodge truck passenger side A pillar handle. Hit the JY and "grab you some", pun intended lol.
Star headed metric? socket to remove. After you pop off the cover over the hole.
You will need to get some nut-serts to match the bolt size and use them in your A pillar.

Or...every man would put a few holes in the dash for the wife right? If you have an a/c vent there move over under the tip of the dash pad??
I would reinforce (from behind the dash) with a piece of angle iron so it does not bend the dash.
