Adding Factory TBC to truck.

When I got my truck, 2014 F250 I was in a bind that week and I bought it since it was all that was really around at the time. I have the Factory tow package option with the 12.5k hitch and the flat 4 / 7 pin RV style plug.

The truck never had the Trailer brake controller installed from the factory. I bought the controller from the dealer last week and I got around to installing it this afternoon.

I hooked up my trailer and I got nothing from the TBC. Everything on the trailer side works and is recent. Do I need to have the dealer "activate" it in the PCM? I couldn't find anything about it in my owners manual or online. I appear to have all the relays and fuses in place but its got me fooled. Any advice would help, the guy at the parts counter had no clue as usual.
