All right, it has been a little while since I last posted an update to my power issue, so here goes.
Yahiko was finally able to show up today so we could run his Ford IDS to test my injectors. I have to say, what an awesome piece of equipment! There is no easier way to check what is happening on your 6.0 than with diagnostic software like this. It will definitely be on my wish list in the not to distant future.
We found that injector #7 is almost dead but all the rest looked great. It is nice to know what the problem is and the solution.
Next on the list is get injector on order and get it swaped out.
I will update how it all runs when this is done.
Thanks again to Yahiko, look for him to post a video of the injector results.

Here is that Youtube I said I would post.
I rolled in at 9:45. Not bad time getting back even with
the McD snack stop.
When I turned #7 off there was almost no change and
the engine was warmed up above 150º if I recall right.

Couldn't hurt to couble and triple check the injector connector, make sure it's snapped in and tight and no chafing at all on the harness.
Funny coincidence since the issue cropped after the turbo was swapped.
Too late to run a compression test on #7?

Well it's only a 3 Hr drive.
I may want to go back down and stop at a place near him
and pick up some things. If I do I will have my head a little
better attached. My stupid left leg was feeling like someone
had a blow torch on it at times. He will see this and I think check
that harness to see how it's doing.
That injector does come up some during the compensated part of
the testing, But it's still all over the place or down in the dead zone.

So the injector did come alive somewhat in normal mode?
It would still be good to run the relative compression to rule out rocker arms/ push rods or lifters.

I have some files for you.
The u0306 may be do to voltage and charging system things.
Once that is verified ok then take the nest step that Cheezit
has talked about.

Also looks like the only way to export the data is making a backup
of the program and all the data. I need to look a bit deeper into
if there is a way to export a session or not.
